Refund & Cancellation Policy

All photography services rendered by Timeless Perspective are considered complete and non-refundable once the final images have been delivered.

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• The property has sold, been taken off the market, or the listing status has changed after delivery of the final images.

• The client is dissatisfied with results that fall within the agreed-upon scope of work.

• A refund is requested more than 48 hours after delivery of the final edited images.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking fee.

We stand behind our work. If there is a technical error or deliverable that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

All sales are final once images are delivered and accepted.
